John Clifton joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2018. His practice areas include commercial litigation, business matters, property disputes, and probate matters. John grew up in Port O’ Connor, Texas where he spent most of his childhood on the bays fishing and hunting with family and friends. His experience on the water allowed him to become a licensed captain and operate his own guide service while in college. John received his Bachelor of Science in biology from Texas Lutheran University and his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. For John, the best part of being an attorney is working with different personalities to create lasting relationships. He believes that the trust created from these relationships is essential to the process of effectively serving client needs.

John lives in New Braunfels, Texas with his wife Megan and their two children. He enjoys time with his family, community involvement, and the occasional fishing trip.
